使用 Aduoer 或官方网站即表示你同意遵守本条款。

一、服务与许可
Aduoer 是用于连接和播放用户自有或获授权音乐源的软件。在你遵守本条款和适用法律的前提下，我们授予你一项个人、有限、非独占、不可转让的使用许可。Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议在适用时同时生效。
二、你的内容与责任
你需要确保自己有权访问、播放和下载所连接音乐源中的内容，并遵守所在地区的法律与服务条款。
三、第三方服务
Aduoer 可连接百度网盘、Google Drive、OneDrive、Jellyfin、Navidrome、WebDAV、SMB 等服务，并可使用 Apple iCloud 同步。各第三方服务由相应运营方独立提供，Aduoer 不隶属于、也不代表这些服务；使用时还需遵守相应服务的条款、授权范围和使用限制。
百度网盘与离线内容
百度网盘功能需由你在百度官方页面登录并授权，用于浏览你选择的目录、建立音乐库、播放和下载你有权使用的音频。Aduoer 会处理文件列表、文件名、文件 ID 与路径、文件大小与版本、音频元数据、授权令牌，以及设备上的音频、封面和歌词缓存；具体用途、保护措施和保存期限见隐私政策。
你需要确保有权下载、缓存和编辑相应内容。只有你明确选择“保存到原始文件”且获得百度相应写入权限时，Aduoer 才会上传编辑后的音频并覆盖对应文件。网盘权限、速度、配额和可用性由百度的服务规则决定。
你可在百度网盘“我的 > 设置 > 隐私与个性化设置 > 权限管理”（iOS）或“授权管理”（Android）中找到 Aduoer 并解除授权，也可通过 https://passport.baidu.com 管理第三方授权；部分版本使用“账号管理 > 授权管理”入口。撤销后无法继续通过该授权访问网盘。在 Aduoer 中移除音乐源会清除该源保存的凭据和索引，但不代替百度侧撤销授权；下载和缓存需要另行清理。下载保留到你主动删除，播放缓存还可能因容量管理或系统清理而删除。上述操作不会删除网盘原文件。
本地文件和下载缓存受操作系统沙盒或保存目录的文件访问权限保护，授权凭据由系统钥匙串保存。Aduoer 不会因浏览、播放或下载而自动上传完整本地文件或下载缓存至官方服务器，不会擅自向其他用户或无关第三方共享、出售或出租这些内容。你主动使用联网辅助功能、文件写回、iCloud 同步或分享时，必要数据按隐私政策及对应功能说明处理。
四、Aduoer 官方服务
元数据匹配、演唱及其它官方联网能力属于辅助功能，其结果、可用性和处理时间可能因网络、内容和服务状态而变化。相关数据处理见隐私政策。
五、禁止行为
你不得使用 Aduoer 侵犯版权或其它权利、传播违法内容、绕过访问控制、攻击或干扰服务、探测未授权系统，或以法律禁止的方式共享和下载媒体。
六、更新与可用性
我们可能更新、调整或停止部分功能，以维护安全、兼容性和产品质量。我们会合理维护服务，但不保证所有第三方音乐源、网络环境或设备始终可用。
七、免责声明与责任限制
在适用法律允许的范围内，Aduoer 按现状提供，不对第三方内容或服务作出保证。强制性消费者权利不受本条款影响；对于法律不允许排除或限制的责任，本条款不作排除或限制。
八、终止
你可以随时停止使用并卸载 Aduoer。严重或重复违反本条款、适用法律或服务安全要求时，我们可能限制对 Aduoer 官方服务的访问。
九、适用法律与变更
本条款适用运营者所在地法律，但不影响你所在地不可放弃的消费者保护。我们可能更新本条款；重要变更会更新页面日期并通过适当方式说明。
1. Service and license
Aduoer is software for connecting to and playing music sources you own or are authorized to access. Subject to these terms and applicable law, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Aduoer. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies where applicable.
2. Your content and responsibility
You are responsible for having the right to access, play, and download content from connected music sources and for following applicable laws and service terms.
3. Third-party services
Aduoer can connect to Baidu Netdisk, Google Drive, OneDrive, Jellyfin, Navidrome, WebDAV, SMB, and other services, and can use Apple iCloud for sync. Each third-party service is operated independently by its provider. Aduoer is not affiliated with or acting on behalf of those services. Their terms, authorization scopes, and usage limits also apply when you use them.
Baidu Netdisk and offline content
Baidu Netdisk features require you to sign in and authorize access on Baidu's official page, allowing you to browse selected folders, build a music library, and play and download audio you are entitled to use. Aduoer processes file listings, names, file IDs and paths, sizes and versions, audio metadata, authorization tokens, and on-device audio, artwork, and lyrics caches. Purposes, safeguards, and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the right to download, cache, and edit the content. Only when you explicitly choose Save to Original File and Baidu grants the required write permission does Aduoer upload edited audio to replace the corresponding file. Netdisk permissions, speed, quotas, and availability depend on Baidu's service rules.
To revoke access, find Aduoer in Baidu Netdisk under Me > Settings > Privacy and Personalization Settings > Permission Management (iOS) or Authorization Management (Android), or manage third-party authorizations at https://passport.baidu.com. Some versions use Account Management > Authorization Management. Revocation stops further Netdisk access through that authorization. Removing a source in Aduoer clears its saved credentials and indexes but does not revoke authorization on Baidu's side; clear downloads and caches separately. Downloads remain until you delete them; playback caches may also be removed by capacity management or the system. These actions do not delete original Netdisk files.
Local files and downloaded caches are protected by the operating system's sandbox or the storage folder's file-access permissions, and authorization credentials are stored in the system Keychain. Browsing, playback, and downloading do not automatically upload complete local files or downloaded caches to official Aduoer servers. We do not share these contents with other users or unrelated third parties without your authorization, or sell or rent them. When you choose online supporting features, file writeback, iCloud sync, or sharing, necessary data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy and the relevant feature.
4. Official Aduoer services
Metadata matching, singing, and other official online capabilities are supporting features. Results, availability, and processing time may vary with network, content, and service conditions. Related data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Aduoer to infringe copyright or other rights, distribute unlawful content, bypass access controls, attack or interfere with services, probe systems without authorization, or share or download media in a manner prohibited by law.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features to maintain security, compatibility, and product quality. We use reasonable efforts to maintain services but do not guarantee that every third-party source, network, or device will remain available.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aduoer is provided as is and without warranties concerning third-party content or services. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected, and these terms do not exclude or limit liability where doing so is prohibited by law.
8. Termination
You may stop using and uninstall Aduoer at any time. We may restrict access to official Aduoer services for serious or repeated violations of these terms, applicable law, or service-security requirements.
9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the operator's location without affecting non-waivable consumer protections where you live. We may update these terms; material changes will update the date above and be communicated appropriately.
